Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales goals
  • Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development initiatives
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards maintenance
  • Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity where all team members feel empowered
  • Execute flexible scheduling to ensure availability during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Uphold Sephora company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve performance goals
  • Strong sales and client service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
