Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the in‑store client experience across all service touchpoints, including Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studios, classes and events.
  • Manage daily operations of the store’s service areas: publish advisor availability, maintain the online reservation system and ensure efficient client check‑in and flow.
  • Recruit, coach and develop beauty advisors, Senior Artistry and Skincare staff; deliver onboarding, orientation and selling model training.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and rostering to meet service demand and maintain service quality standards.
  • Partner with Operations to execute visual merchandising concepts, floor resets and replenishment to company standards.
  • Coordinate with brand/vendor representatives to ensure effective product training and in‑store brand engagement.
  • Maintain store standards: cleanliness, organization and adherence to merchandising and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years’ experience in a comparable role at a high‑volume retail store or equivalent internal Sephora experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain store talent and to influence cross‑functional business partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong coaching and presentation capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fragrance‑filled environment and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Two to four years of progressive retail or beauty services management experience in a comparable high‑volume environment, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora.
