Sephora Canada hiring Store Experience Manager in Burnaby, BC. Full-time retail management role overseeing store operations, client services, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client experience and service delivery across Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio
- Oversee daily operations of studio services and coordinate beauty advisors to ensure efficient client flow and check-in processes
- Train and develop beauty advisors, Senior Artistry and Skincare roles, and execute orientation and selling model training for new and existing team members
- Manage the services online reservation system, publishing beauty advisor availability and class schedules
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to support smooth operations while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction
- Maintain sales floor standards, execute visual merchandising concepts, and ensure inventory replenishment and organization
- Coordinate with brand representatives and vendor partners, ensuring effective product training and coaching for store staff
- Support the Operations team in implementing merchandising concepts and maintaining company visual standards
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar retail management role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with business partners at all levels
- Proficiency in managing online reservation and scheduling systems
- Strong understanding of beauty retail services and product categories

Experience
Two to four years of experience in a similar management role at a comparable volume retail store, or equivalent internal retail leadership experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
