Sephora hiring Store Experience Lead in Calgary – oversee sales floor departments, lead team development, and drive client service excellence. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of Sephora's selling model across assigned store departments and sales floor team members
- Respond promptly to client feedback through the company service hotline and direct client interactions
- Ensure all team members receive proper training in client interactive technology and product knowledge
- Support and coordinate in-store events to drive sales and meet client needs
- Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching to store team members within the assigned area
- Deliver timely feedback and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to support performance improvement
- Analyze store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial growth
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role at a comparable volume retail location
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented retail leaders
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams that drive sales and client service excellence
- Strong understanding of retail sales performance metrics and business operations
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role at a similar-volume retail location, or equivalent internal retail leadership experience. Demonstrated success in building and developing retail sales teams.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
