Role & Responsibilities
- Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets
- Achieve store sales plans and operating profits while managing expenses and evaluating business strategy effectiveness
- Develop strategies to grow business leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and beauty services
- Maintain optimum store staffing levels, recruit and hire qualified candidates for all positions according to business needs
- Train, coach, and motivate department managers and leads to develop leadership and business acumen
- Establish a coaching culture with timely recognition and constructive feedback through day-to-day interactions and quarterly development meetings
- Conduct inventory management, maintain updated records, and communicate concerns to key stakeholders
- Make strategic merchandising decisions aligned with Sephora concepts to enhance visual presentation and drive business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service
- Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Previous experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions including leadership roles
- Strong proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze sales trends and achieve KPIs
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and both verbal and written communication skills
