The Store Director represents Sephora and leads the store team, developing talent, customer loyalty and sales while overseeing performance and operational standards. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site executive-status role, available to start promptly, with fixed salary, variable pay tied to monthly and annual objectives, health insurance and profit-sharing benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Sephora and ensure the company project is implemented in the store.
- Lead the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and building customer loyalty.
- Develop each team member’s skills.
- Recruit, train and engage the team, fostering a passion for sales.
- Set, monitor and evaluate objectives for Sales Managers.
- Drive sales of Sephora products and services.
- Monitor and analyse sales and HR metrics to optimise store performance, and define appropriate corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure compliance with processes and standards for visual identity, merchandising, offers, services and stock management.
