Sephora Reims seeks a Store Director to lead store operations, teams and sales (CDI, on-site).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the local ambassador of the company strategy and ensure its consistent deployment across the store.
- Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and build customer loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard and train store staff; define performance objectives and conduct regular reviews with Sales Managers.
- Drive commercial performance through proactive sales leadership, promotion of products and services, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyse commercial and HR KPIs and P&L indicators to define corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards for visual identity, merchandising, store presentation, offers, services and stock management.
- Manage day-to-day operations to optimise store productivity, stock accuracy and customer service levels.
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership with a minimum of 3 years managing store teams and delivering measurable sales results.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and retain high‑performing teams; strong people-development mindset.
- Commercially driven with a track record of converting customer advice into sales and meeting financial targets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using sales and HR indicators to build and implement action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a hands-on approach to store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management, with proven results in team leadership and sales growth.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or equivalent professional experience.
