Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora, ensuring the implementation of the company's vision within the store.
- Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster customer loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for sales.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate the objectives of Sales Managers.
- Drive sales growth for Sephora products and services.
- Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure adherence to processes, including visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a manager with a focus on business and customer satisfaction.
- Strong skills in cash management.
