Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the implementation of the company's projects within the store.
- Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster client loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, instilling a passion for sales.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate the objectives of Sales Managers.
- Drive sales growth of Sephora products and services.
- Optimize store performance through analysis of commercial and HR indicators, and develop corrective and innovative action plans.
- Ensure compliance with processes related to visual identity, merchandising, offers, services, and stock management.
