- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to policies.

- Collaborate with Beauty Supervisors to align best practices and promotions.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and feedback.
- Communicate business strategy and operational objectives to the team.

- Manage annual leave and scheduling to optimize staffing levels.
