Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service, team development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources within the store.
- Establish sales and staffing forecasts in collaboration with the regional director to enhance store performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate these to the team.
- Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting action plans as necessary.
- Achieve store sales and operating profit objectives while controlling expenses.
- Develop strategies to increase business activities through customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to budgetary goals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
- Ensure training, coaching, and supervision of assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to enhance their leadership and business skills.
- Foster a coaching culture where team members receive timely recognition for successes and feedback for improvement.
- Ensure all team members participate in quarterly development meetings and receive development plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Significant experience in retail management, with a focus on team leadership and sales performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
