Sephora Canada Store Director – Dieppe, NB. Lead beauty retail operations, team, and sales in full-time permanent role. CAD$82,200–$102,700 + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Forecast sales and payroll with District Manager to drive store results and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Achieve store's sales plans and operating profits while managing business expenses and adjusting strategies as needed
- Develop strategies to grow business by leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services
- Maintain optimum store staffing levels to deliver exceptional client experience while adhering to budgetary goals
- Recruit, interview, and hire for all store positions according to business needs
- Train, coach, delegate, supervise, and motivate department Managers and Leads to develop their leadership and business skills
- Establish and maintain a coaching culture that includes timely acknowledgement of successes and feedback on opportunities
- Conduct inventories, maintain updated inventory records, and communicate inventory issues to key stakeholders
- Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions aligned with Sephora concepts to drive business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industry
- Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Previous experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles
- Strong proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales trends, KPIs, and business metrics
- Composure under pressure with strong managerial courage for difficult conversations
- Passion for training, development, and continuous learning
