Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring individual and collective growth.
- Evaluate team performance and identify potential for advancement.
- Implement action plans based on commercial and economic indicators.
- Ensure adherence to company standards in merchandising, customer journey, and promotional activities.
- Manage the store's profit and loss account, including budget construction and variance analysis.
- Facilitate weekly briefings and debriefings with teams and management.
- Represent Sephora in external engagements and maintain internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
