Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional service.
- Participate in the expansion and retail projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in managing sales indicators and results-oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
