Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Participate in the expansion and retail projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
  • Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in managing sales indicators and results-oriented mindset.

Skills

Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
