Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and managing the store and its team, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop and implement action plans that enhance store results.
- Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
- Participate in the strategic planning and execution of retail operations to support company expansion.
- Ensure the store maintains a high standard of presentation and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
- Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
