Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and managing the store and its team, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop and implement action plans that enhance store results.
  • Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and execution of retail operations to support company expansion.
  • Ensure the store maintains a high standard of presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
  • Experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills for KPI management. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
