Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and career growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management within retail or cosmetics sector.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive sales results.
- High level of proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry is required.
