Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in team management within retail or cosmetics sector.
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive sales results.
  • High level of proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

Skills

Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical skills for sales and performance data interpretation. Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry is required.
