Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the store and team with a strong focus on customer service and beauty expertise.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop action plans that directly impact results.
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive store environment that celebrates diversity and inspires customers.
- Support the implementation of retail expansion projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
- Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.
- Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
