Store & Stock Support Specialist at Sephora, Düsseldorf, Germany. Hybrid role managing inventory, inbound operations, and supply chain coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate inbound operations to ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and timely payment processing
- Handle order claims with suppliers and accounting departments; coordinate and track vendor returns and warehouse returns
- Serve as primary SAP trainer for retail stock control activities and shrinkage management
- Manage inventory planning and execution while organizing out-of-layout analysis and return-to-warehouse processes
- Function as main point of contact between retail teams and supply chain operations regarding inventory management
- Lead global inventory coordination and contribute to monthly shrinkage committee analysis
- Manage inbound claims clearance for quantity and quality with retail, logistics, and accounting teams
- Monitor invoices proactively, resolve discrepancies between invoiced and received prices, and ensure timely payment release
- Communicate relevant information to stores and logistics teams; support stores on day-to-day inventory management topics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Fluent in English and German, with strong written and oral communication skills
- SAP system knowledge or demonstrated ability to train others on SAP retail stock control functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile and fast-changing environments
