Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate inbound operations to ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and timely payment processing
  • Handle order claims with suppliers and accounting departments; coordinate and track vendor returns and warehouse returns
  • Serve as primary SAP trainer for retail stock control activities and shrinkage management
  • Manage inventory planning and execution while organizing out-of-layout analysis and return-to-warehouse processes
  • Function as main point of contact between retail teams and supply chain operations regarding inventory management
  • Lead global inventory coordination and contribute to monthly shrinkage committee analysis
  • Manage inbound claims clearance for quantity and quality with retail, logistics, and accounting teams
  • Monitor invoices proactively, resolve discrepancies between invoiced and received prices, and ensure timely payment release
  • Communicate relevant information to stores and logistics teams; support stores on day-to-day inventory management topics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • SAP system knowledge or demonstrated ability to train others on SAP retail stock control functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in agile and fast-changing environments
