Sephora in Vitória, Brazil is hiring a Store Administrative Supervisor to manage back‑office operations, inventory and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day administrative and back‑office operations of the store, ensuring adherence to Sephora concepts, policies and visual standards.
- Manage merchandise receiving, stock control, reconciliation and recordkeeping; coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and regular operational reporting to support profitability, loss prevention and audit readiness.
- Provide operational support to store leadership, including POS/cash register operation when required and coordination of staff activities.
- Enforce operational procedures, dress code and customer service standards while promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
- Train, coach and guide store team members on administrative processes, systems and compliance expectations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; tertiary education (college/university) preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative, inventory or stock control roles is desirable.
- Demonstrable organizational skills, proactivity and strong analytical / logical reasoning.
- Clear verbal communication skills for interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Flexible availability and physical stamina to perform lifting and hands‑on tasks as needed.
- Professional work ethic aligned with Sephora's values and adherence to dress code.
