Sephora São Paulo seeks a Store Administrative Supervisor to manage HR administration, inventory and store operations in São Paulo, Brazil.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open the store and perform the daily security and administrative checks (including inspection of safes/lockers).
- Support the store manager in preparing staff schedules and workforce planning.
- Coordinate HR administrative processes: onboarding, terminations, leave management, timekeeping, benefits administration and occupational health liaising.
- Supervise and manage the store’s cleaning and security teams.
- Oversee merchandise operations including receiving, inter-store transfers and returns.
- Lead inventory cycles and ad-hoc stock counts.
- Ensure correct execution of armored-car (carro-forte) receiving procedures.
- Reconcile cash and POS transactions, including SITEF settlements.
Qualifications
- Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience, preferably in retail administrative or stock roles.
- Prior people management experience is desirable.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office (Pacote Office).
- Familiarity with merchandise receiving systems and POS reconciliation (SITEF).
- Organized, proactive, with strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Foreign language ability is desirable but not mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in retail administrative, inventory or store operations roles; prior supervisory experience and people management preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, administration, logistics or related field preferred.
