Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and store operations to ensure compliance with Sephora standards, policies and brand culture.
- Manage merchandise receiving and stock processes, coordinating inventory control and documentation.
- Support store profitability by enforcing operational disciplines, controlling shrinkage and optimising stock flow.
- Perform cash-handling and operate the point-of-sale system when required.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues; act as an operational escalation point for in-store issues.
- Maintain organisation of administrative records, schedules and compliance with dress code and operational procedures.
- Demonstrate physical availability for tasks that require effort and flexibility in shift patterns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative, stock or inventory functions within retail is desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with goods receiving or inventory systems is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, proactivity and ethical work behaviour aligned with brand values.
- Clear verbal communication skills in customer-facing contexts; availability and flexibility for on-site retail shifts.
