Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store processes and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Sephora's standards and culture.
- Ensure maximum profitability and adherence to company objectives and policies.
- Communicate clearly with clients and staff, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate the cash register as needed.
- Maintain organization and proactivity in administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.
