Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store administrative processes and operations.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's concepts and culture to maximize profitability and align with company objectives and policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Operate cash register as needed.
- Maintain organization and proactivity in daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Experience in administrative or stock roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal interactions.
