Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee store processes and operations to ensure alignment with Sephora's standards and culture.
  • Ensure maximum profitability and adherence to company objectives and policies.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and staff, providing assistance as needed.
  • Operate cash register when necessary.
  • Maintain organization and proactivity in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable.

Skills

Critical analysis and logical reasoning. Experience in administrative roles or inventory management is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with merchandise receiving systems is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.
