Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store administrative operations to ensure compliance with Sephora’s standards, policies and profitability objectives.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols; provide weekend and holiday coverage as required.
- Receive incoming merchandise, validate deliveries and liaise with the distribution center for returns and discrepancies.
- Coordinate inter-store product transfers and maintain accurate movement records.
- Manage stock control activities, perform regular inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation to support store management and regional teams.
- Promote adherence to company culture and operational best practices among store staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in administrative, inventory or stock-control roles—preferably within retail.
- Proven ability to apply critical analysis and logical reasoning to operational processes.
- Demonstrated organisation, proactivity and strong teamwork ethic aligned with Sephora’s values.
