The Stockroom Specialist manages inventory, goods flow, replenishment, and stockroom standards at Sephora’s Stuttgart store, while supporting product launches, campaigns, and store operations. The role is full-time and offers a permanent employment contract.

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and properly store goods in the stockroom.
• Ensure an efficient flow of goods between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Manage stockroom operations, monitor inventory, and maintain order and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate timely reordering with the Supply Chain department using internal systems.
• Follow internal stockroom and safety guidelines.
• Develop expertise in stockroom organization and logistics processes.
• Train team members in goods handling and inventory control best practices.
• Develop efficient stockroom solutions for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
• Support stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
• Prepare products for sale, including labeling, unpacking, and sorting.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Assist with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions.
• Manage shrinkage through proper storage.
• Run the stockroom in accordance with Sephora Audit procedures.
• Support and carry out regular inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Completed three-year training in logistics or at least three years of experience in a stockroom or operations role.
• Fluent in English or the country's native language.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is an advantage.
