The Stockroom Specialist manages goods receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, stockroom standards, replenishment, and coordination with Supply Chain and Visual Merchandising, while supporting product launches, campaigns, and store performance. The role is full-time, on-site, and offered under a permanent employment contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and store goods appropriately in the stockroom.
  • Ensure an efficient flow of goods between the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Manage stockroom inventory and maintain order and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inventories and stock checks to support product availability.
  • Coordinate timely reordering with the Supply Chain department using internal systems.
  • Follow internal stockroom and safety guidelines.
  • Develop expertise in stockroom organization and logistics processes.
  • Train team members in goods handling and inventory-control best practices.
  • Develop efficient stockroom solutions for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
  • Support timely replenishment of the sales floor.
  • Prepare products for sale, including labeling, unpacking, and sorting.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • Assist with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions.
  • Manage shrinkage through proper storage.
  • Run the stockroom in accordance with Sephora Audit procedures.
  • Support and conduct regular inventory counts.
  • Contribute to stock accuracy, inventory accuracy, product availability relative to sales targets, parts per goods receipt, average stock retention time, store-team and customer feedback, and stockroom contribution to store performance.

Qualifications

  • Completed three-year training in logistics or at least three years of experience in stockroom or operations.
  • Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
  • Communicative, reliable, and organized.
  • Team-oriented.
