Sephora in Cologne seeks a Stockroom Specialist (full-time) to manage inventory, stockroom operations and replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, unpacking, labeling and correct storage of incoming merchandise in the store stockroom.
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliation against systems.
- Ensure continuous, timely replenishment of the sales floor to meet sales targets and promotional needs.
- Organize and maintain stockroom layout for operational efficiency and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising and store teams for product launches, remodels and seasonal conversions.
- Implement loss-prevention measures and run the stockroom according to Sephora audit procedures.
- Train and coach store colleagues on best practices for goods handling, inventory control and stockroom procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed 3‑year vocational training in logistics OR a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in stockroom, warehouse or operations.
- Proven track record of accurate inventory management and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with practical approach to problem solving.
- Good knowledge of beauty retail products and seasonal promotional operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English or fluent in the country’s native language (German preferred at the Cologne location).

Minimum three years’ experience in a stockroom, warehouse or retail operations role, including hands-on inventory control, regular cycle counts and participation in seasonal store conversions.
Education
Completed vocational training in logistics (3-year apprenticeship) or equivalent professional qualification; comparable practical experience accepted.
