Sephora Canada (Winnipeg) is hiring an Operations Consultant at Polo Park — full-time, stockroom and inventory role (CAD$17.80–20.95/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; ensure timely and accurate stockroom replenishment.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards, including visual elements, testers and sampling compliance.
- Execute transfers, damage processing and inventory adjustments; participate in inventory control and shortage-reduction programs.
- Support store presentation and merchandising concepts; communicate missing or damaged display pieces to Operations Supervisor.
- Provide client service on the salesfloor as required and assist in training colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness standards in all operational zones; report inventory or operational concerns to supervisory staff.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/stretching tasks in a fragrance-filled environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail or client service, with preference for candidates who have performed stockroom, inventory or merchandising duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.80 to CAD 20.95 per hour.
