Sephora Stockroom Manager in Blacktown, Sydney—full-time inventory control role with retail management experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive scheduled cycle counts and analyze data to make informed stock adjustment decisions and prevent out-of-stock SKUs
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, reducing shrinkage loss through data interpretation and operational analysis
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams
- Serve as point of contact for stock distribution, ad-hoc stock decisions, and liaison with external stakeholders for returns and pick-ups
- Train and educate the wider team on shrinkage prevention, back-of-house policies, and procedures
- Process, replenish, and manage stock arrivals and returns in a timely manner
- Retrieve stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for return logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail stock management experience
- Proven track record in cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and stock profit & loss management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; SAP experience desirable
- Suitable physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg
- History of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
- Strong commitment to building and maintaining a positive, inclusive culture
