Sephora seeks a Stockroom Expert in Hamburg for full- or part-time warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse area, ensuring smooth and efficient flow between warehouse and sales floor
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain product availability and prevent shrinkage
- Coordinate timely reordering of goods in cooperation with Supply Chain department and internal systems, monitoring KPIs such as stock accuracy and inventory rates
- Train team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control, developing efficient stockroom solutions
- Support stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor, including product preparation, labeling, and sorting
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on space updates and seasonal store conversions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in both stockroom and sales floor areas while ensuring compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines
- Execute stockroom operations according to Sephora Audit procedures and contribute to overall store performance metrics
Qualifications
- Completed 3-year vocational training in logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stockroom, warehouse operations, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of beauty industry and trends is advantageous
- Fluency in English or native language of the country

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in stockroom management, warehouse operations, or logistics, ideally including hands-on inventory control and goods replenishment in a retail or beauty environment.
Education
Completed 3-year vocational training in logistics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
