Sephora – Stockroom Assistant (Southland, Melbourne). Part‑time inventory role; up to AUD 28.08/hr + super. SAP experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day back‑of‑house operations including receiving, shipping, returns and accurate record keeping.
- Perform cycle counts and support periodic stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
- Manage all stock movements into, within and out of the store, enforcing correct procedures and paperwork.
- Support loss prevention initiatives and work closely with supply chain and store leadership to reduce shrinkage.
- Prioritise timely completion of inventory tasks to maintain store availability and support the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with stock or inventory control in a busy, multi‑serving retail environment.
- Operational knowledge of SAP is required.
- Physically able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving boxes up to 15 kg.
- Availability to cover peak trading times (Thursday–Sunday) including late nights and weekends; ability to provide five full days across key trading periods.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and accurate completion of paperwork.

Experience
Entry‑level role requiring prior stock or inventory experience in a fast‑paced retail environment; familiarity with SAP preferred and demonstrated ability to perform cycle counts and stocktake activities.
Education
High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
