Sephora in Vitória seeks a Stockroom Associate to manage inventory, receiving and backstage operations. On-site role at Sephora Vitória.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise; process store-to-store transfers and returns to distribution centers according to company procedures.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts; maintain accurate stock records and promptly report discrepancies to the store supervisor or manager.
- Organize and maintain backstage areas using FEFO (first-expiry, first-out) principles; ensure storage areas, lockers, kitchen and staff facilities are clean, safe and properly signposted.
- Manage damaged and expired product processes in compliance with company policy; prepare goods for shipment or disposal as required.
- Support store maintenance by reporting and tracking service needs and safely storing maintenance materials.
- Execute product and utensil updates in the systems as required; modify stock layout to accommodate outbound shipments.
- Ensure confidentiality of information, comply with Sephora and LVMH policies, and participate in Operations meetings and required training (My Sephora Learning).
- Contribute to continuous improvement and audit-readiness by applying best practices for stock control and backstage organisation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory control is desirable; administrative experience is a plus.
- Demonstrable organisational skills, proactivity and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and work effectively within a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks and flexibility to meet operational schedules; adherence to company dress code and conduct standards.

Entry-level role; prior experience as a stockroom associate or in administrative/ inventory functions is desirable but not mandatory. Candidate should demonstrate basic stock management knowledge and a commitment to operational standards.
