Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex) in Vancouver, BC. Part-time stockroom and client service role at Pacific Centre store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages and testers according to company standards
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers or store manager
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control activities
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom environment. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
