Operations Consultant (Flex, Part-Time) at Sephora Toronto Eaton Centre; CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with SEPHORA's merchandising concepts
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently respected and maintained
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control activities
- Undertake cross-training in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Proficient organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task while attending to client needs and business requirements

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Beginner-level qualifications acceptable with relevant retail background.
