Sephora in São Paulo (Shopping Iguatemi Faria Lima) seeks a Stockroom Associate responsible for receiving, inventory and backstage operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise accurately and on schedule; ensure transfers between stores are executed and recorded.
- Manage returns to distribution centers and process damaged or expired goods in accordance with company policy.
- Perform regular inventories and cycle counts; maintain stockroom organisation using FEFO principles.
- Maintain backstage standards of cleanliness, safety and security (stockroom, lockers, kitchen, restrooms) and ensure store readiness before products are stored.
- Update and maintain stock signage and organisation; modify stock layout as required to accommodate shipments and expeditions.
- Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to the store supervisor or manager and participate in operations meetings when requested.
- Complete required training modules (My Sephora Learning) and pursue additional training when necessary.
- Adhere to Sephora and LVMH policies, code of ethics, and confidentiality requirements; support audit readiness through best-practice stock management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (stockroom, inventory or related roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Ensino médio completo).
- Prior experience in a stock/receiving function preferred; administrative experience desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift/handle merchandise safely; flexible availability to meet operational needs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stockroom, inventory control or related administrative roles; retail back-of-house experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
