Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming merchandise and process store-to-store transfers.
  • Manage returns to distribution centres and execute damage/expired-goods procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Conduct inventory counts and routine cycle counts; maintain FEFO (first-expiry, first-out) stock rotation.
  • Organise and maintain backstage areas (stockroom, lockers, kitchen, bathroom) ensuring clear signage and operational order.
  • Maintain store replenishment workflows: ensure sales floor is stocked before goods are moved to the stockroom and adjust stock for shipping needs.
  • Report stock discrepancies and inventory issues to the store supervisor or manager and support audit-readiness by following best practices.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and confidentiality of company information; adhere to Sephora and LVMH policies, code of ethics and store security standards.
  • Participate in operations meetings and complete required training modules (My Sephora Learning); proactively seek additional training when necessary.
  • Coordinate basic maintenance requests and store necessary maintenance materials safely.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a stockroom/warehouse clerk is desirable; administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Proven organisational skills, proactivity and a commitment to team collaboration.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling and to work flexibly as required by store operations.
  • Clear verbal communication skills and adherence to dress code and workplace conduct standards.

Experience
