Sephora Operations Consultant – North York, ON. Full-time stockroom and operations role at Yorkdale location. CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and timely organization of inventory in accordance with company standards
- Maintain stockroom organization and ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently upheld
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per established procedures and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Assist in maintaining SEPHORA merchandising concepts and visual standards throughout the store
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Participate in inventory control activities and communicate inventory concerns to supervisory staff
- Assist in training other consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Participate in shortage reduction and loss prevention programs
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
