Sephora Operations Consultant position in London, Ontario—flexible retail role managing stockroom operations and merchandise standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours and assist in training other consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and assist in upholding Sephora's merchandising concepts throughout the store
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards, and process transfers and damages according to established procedures
- Check in all visual elements, communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor, and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff and participate in inventory control initiatives and shortage reduction programs
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards at all times and participate in cross-training on cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
