Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex) in Edmonton, AB — stockroom and store operations role with hourly pay CAD$17–$20.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process shipments in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining stockroom standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and throughout the store
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols and safety standards
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and communicate inventory issues or concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
- Participate in shortage and loss reduction programs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in a fragrance-filled environment

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Entry-level candidates with foundational retail experience are encouraged to apply.
