Sephora is hiring a Stockroom Associate in Campinas, Brazil (Iguatemi) to manage receiving, transfers, inventory and backstage operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound merchandise and verify deliveries against documentation; manage store-to-store transfers and incoming returns to the distribution centre.
  • Maintain accurate stock records through regular inventories and timely system updates; follow FEFO (first‑expired, first‑out) stock rotation and company inventory protocols.
  • Process damaged and expired product procedures in accordance with corporate policy and report discrepancies to the store supervisor or manager.
  • Ensure backstage areas (stockroom, lockers, staff kitchen, restrooms) are safe, clean and organised; sustain store cleanliness and signage standards.
  • Execute product replenishment and modify stock locations to accommodate shipping and merchandising needs; ensure the sales floor is fully stocked before storing surplus.
  • Participate in operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of stock processes to support audit readiness.
  • Complete mandated training via My Sephora Learning and seek additional training when required; adhere to all Sephora and LVMH policies, code of conduct and security standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a stockroom associate or similar role preferred; administrative experience desirable.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with goods‑receiving systems is desirable.
  • Logical reasoning, strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, perform physical tasks and maintain flexible availability; adherence to the company dress code and workplace ethics.
