Sephora Operations Consultant, Calgary Market Mall – Flexible part-time role in stockroom and store operations with CAD$17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS (MPOS) systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in cross-training in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and bend and stretch to stock shelves
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, with preference for stockroom background. Entry-level candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
