Sephora is hiring a part-time Stockroom Assistant for its Bondi store on a permanent basis. The role manages inventory movements, shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts, and stocktakes while supporting store operations and loss prevention; pay is AUD 29.06 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend and public holiday loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
- Conduct cycle counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Complete required paperwork promptly so the store can operate efficiently.
- Assist with periodic in-store stocktakes.
- Manage all stock movements into and out of the store.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to support in-store loss-prevention strategies.
- Support the team in delivering meaningful in-store customer experiences that build brand loyalty by tracking stock levels.
Qualifications
- Stock or inventory experience in a fast-paced, multi-service retail environment.
- Experience using SAP.
- Suitable physical fitness to lift and move boxes weighing up to 15 kg.
- A strong desire to help internal and external customers.
- Availability across five full days during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
