Sephora (Karrinyup, Perth) seeks a Part‑Time Stockroom Assistant — up to AUD $24.73/hr + super, commission and weekend/public holiday loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, returns and replenishment.
- Perform cycle counts and participate in periodic stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and inventory paperwork in a timely manner.
- Execute stock movements in and out of the store and maintain clear organisation of back‑of‑house stock.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support the sales floor team when required to enable excellent in‑store customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom, inventory or warehousing experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑service retail environment preferred.
- Practical experience using SAP preferred.
- Sufficient physical fitness to lift and move boxes up to 15 kg safely.
- Availability across key trading periods — ideally five full days including late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Entry‑level role; candidates with prior stockroom or inventory experience in a high‑volume retail environment are preferred. Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or warehousing vocational training advantageous.
