Sephora Stockroom Assistant Part-Time Role in Melbourne – Inventory Management & Stock Control Position
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory including receiving, shipping, and processing merchandise returns
- Conduct periodic stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock level tracking
- Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative procedures to support store operations
- Collaborate with the supply chain team on loss prevention initiatives and stock movement protocols
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient back-of-house operations to support in-store customer experiences
- Track and monitor stock levels to prevent discrepancies and support inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Stock or inventory experience in a fast-paced, multi-serving retail environment
- Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory management systems
- Suitable level of physical fitness to safely lift and shift boxes up to 15kg
- Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork and administrative procedures
- Flexibility for Thursday to Sunday availability including late-night and weekend shifts

Beginner level; prior experience in stock or inventory management within a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 28.08 per hour.
