Sephora Melbourne is hiring a Stockroom Assistant (part-time) at Eastland — inventory control, SAP experience preferred, up to AUD 28.08/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all back-of-house operations including receipt, shipping, returns and accurate recording of merchandise movements.
- Perform regular cycle counts and support periodic stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Complete inventory paperwork and documentation promptly and in accordance with store procedures.
- Work closely with the supply chain and store management teams to support loss-prevention strategies and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain storage areas to retail standards, including replenishment and organisation of stock for efficient fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom, inventory or warehouse experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
- Proven experience using SAP for inventory or goods‑movement processes.
- Physically able to lift and handle boxes up to 15 kg and perform sustained manual tasks.
- Available to work core trading times (including late nights, weekends and public holidays) as required by store trading patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate administrative practices.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous experience in stock or inventory roles within a busy multi-store retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
