Sephora — Stockroom Assistant (part‑time) in Melbourne Northland. Support inventory control, SAP transactions and stocktakes. Up to $28.08/hr + super.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and process inbound merchandise, including shipping, receiving and returns.
- Manage all stock movements in and out of the store and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic stocktakes to ensure stock accuracy.
- Complete requisite paperwork and systems transactions in a timely and compliant manner.
- Support loss‑prevention strategies and work closely with the supply chain and store leadership to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain back‑of‑house order and housekeeping to optimise store operations and replenishment flow.
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom, inventory or back‑of‑house experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑store retail environment preferred.
- Practical experience using SAP for inventory transactions preferred.
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes up to 15 kg safely and repeatedly.
- Availability across peak trading periods (peak trading days Thurs–Sun) including late nights and weekends.
- Customer‑centric attitude with an ability to support internal teams and contribute to a positive store experience.

Entry‑level role; candidates should have some practical experience in retail stockroom or inventory operations. Prior use of SAP in a retail context is preferred.
