Sephora Melbourne (Chadstone) seeks a part-time Stockroom Assistant with SAP and inventory experience — up to $28.08/hr plus super, commission and loading.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process inbound merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely put-away to the sales floor or stockroom.
  • Execute cycle counts and participate in periodic stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Manage stock movements (returns, transfers, overflows) and maintain orderly back-of-house operations consistent with store procedures.
  • Operate SAP and associated inventory systems to record receipts, adjustments and stock transfers.
  • Support loss-prevention initiatives by adhering to and promoting security and shrink-reduction processes.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and the supply chain team to prioritise replenishment and fulfilment tasks during peak trading periods.
  • Perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting and moving boxes (up to 15 kg), and maintain a safe, compliant stockroom environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in stockroom, inventory or similar roles within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven competency using SAP for inventory and stock transactions.
  • Ability to perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to safely lift and move merchandise up to 15 kg.
  • Availability across key trading times, including late nights, weekends and public holidays (peak trade Thursday–Sunday).
