Sephora is seeking a part-time Stockroom Assistant for its Erina store in Gosford to manage inventory movements, stock counts, paperwork and loss prevention support. This is a permanent, on-site role requiring availability across five full days at key trading times, including late nights and weekends; pay is AUD 29.06 per hour plus superannuation, commission and weekend and public holiday loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving and returning merchandise.
- Complete cycle counts and ensure stock levels are tracked accurately.
- Complete required paperwork promptly to support store operations.
- Assist with periodic in-store stocktakes.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies.
- Manage all stock movements into and out of the store.
- Support the team in delivering meaningful in-store customer experiences by tracking stock levels.
Qualifications
- Stock or inventory experience in a fast-paced, multi-service retail environment.
- Experience using SAP.
- Suitable physical fitness to lift and move boxes weighing up to 15 kg.
- A natural desire to help internal and external customers.
- Availability across five full days during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
