Sephora Stockroom Assistant role in Auckland, NZ—manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention in a dynamic luxury beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels in conjunction with the Inventory Controller across all inventory items
- Monitor and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs
- Consolidate and process damages, testers, and known theft products according to company standards
- Assist with regular stock takes and cycle counting
- Maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as required
- Support visual merchandising activities
- Work on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts, and late finishes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar stock-based role in fast-paced, high-volume retail
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to influence team members at all levels through leading by example
- Suitable level of physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
